Shack's Fanfic Clearinghouse is an archive of detailed links to sites carrying fan fiction of every type. It is an attempt to compensate for the woeful inadequacy of search engines by creating a hub--a "Central Station," so to speak--for fan fiction on the Internet.

To mark its move off of Geocities, the Clearinghouse is undergoing a major overhaul, with completely updated entries and a new site structure that will hopefully make things more manageable both for the readers and for the webmaster.

In the meantime, though, the following sections remain online:

• MASTER LIST - The complete list, in alphabetical order, of all entries, from all fandoms, listed on the Clearinghouse. Currently containins 621 entries; however, the list is badly out of date. Readers are urged to browse with caution.

• RECOMMENDATIONS - Fan fiction recommended by Shack.

There is no timetable for the overhaul; however, we hope to be back up and running at full strength by the end of 2009.
